Sr. Manager Revenue Strategy (m/w)
Your tasks as Sr. Manager Revenue Strategy (m/w):
• Lead of Revenue Management Strategy Team
• Development of RM strategies and tactics for BU DACH in alignment with ESSA Net Revenue Management Team
• Cooperate and integrate into BU DACH Category Teams for setting up long- and short-term Category Growth Strategies & Activation Plans
• Development of Pack/Price strategies to exploit BU DACH revenue growth
• Mix Management: Development of short- and long-term strategies, execution plans and implementation of product and category mix initiatives on a customer level
• Lead the promotional planning process by managing the promo agenda from promo plan to promo execution on a customer level
• Enforce ESSA NRR enhancement program and build capabilities to ensure target achievement
• Annual Operation Plan (AOP): Prepare and manage the AOP guidelines by defining Vol, NR, MC, NRR targets. • Develop Key NR growth Building Blocks. Align breakdown on a customer level in cooperation with Sales
Your profile as Sr. Manager Revenue Strategy (m/w):
• Successfully completed university education in economics
• Minimum of 8 years professional experience in the FMCG industry in the area of Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management or Sales Finance
• Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
• Skills in the field of commercial financial planning and business planning in the broader context
• Experience in personnel management of interface functions in the field of Marketing or Sales
• Strong leadership skills to successfully hit the targets
• Mentoring & coaching of the team members
• Strong communication skills (particularly regarding international stakeholders)
• Excellent German & English skills
