The area: Everyday Mobility
Everyday Mobility is one of four Location & Commerce product business units, developing and bringing to market solutions for mobile users: navigation, transit, mapping and other mobile location-centric apps and SDKs. Our customers are Nokia aswell as a range of other mobile OEMs and MNOs. Our focus is the mobile consumer, for whom we design & deliver industry-leading, HERE branded experiences. Everyday Mobility is one of Location & Commerce’s most exciting businesses, with first rate global competitors, a break-neck pace of innovation, and high visibility with consumers, bloggers, media and industry. The role: Director Business Planning, Everyday Mobility
The role of the Everyday Mobility Business Planning team is to set the strategy and ensure coherent strategy execution of Nokia Location & Commerce's mobile app and SDK products.
The Senior Manager Business Planning is responsible for ensuring and steering all business related aspects and processes and linking portfolio and investment decisions, strategy planning and execution and is accountable for governance process to ensure product plans, execution and business goals are linked and managed across subunit teams and within the Location and Commerce business unit.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Primary point of contact for business planning and strategy execution
• Responsibilities include managing strategy execution and governance, including target setting and execution tracking
• Leads subunit business reviews and business coaching
• Leads Everyday Mobility contribution to overall business planning including pricing and monetization strategy
We expect you to have:
• 8+ years of relevant experience with a background in:
Business and strategy planning and execution
Working in agile and corporate environments
Consumer application and service products
Mobile Industry
Location expertise
• Excellent command of financial and business planning tools, processes and standards
• Well versed in the procedures and policies required to operate and shape consumer business aspects in a global organization
• Ability to work on multiple projects, simultaneously, with aggressive schedules
• Ability to think strategically and long term, to cover broad range of product/feature subjects and willingness to drill down into details
• Creative problem solver with a keen ability to standardize a process or procedure
• Extremely well organized and accustomed to maintaining highly dynamic schedules
• Comfortable of presenting and making impact in senior meetings and settings
• Demonstrated capacity to establish, drive and influence cross-functional networks in matrix organisations
• Excellent communications skills. Fluent English, both in spoken and written form
• MBA or similar degree
